Main Meeting Tonight!

I'll announce that tonight at our main meeting, its sounds like a good idea

Oklahoma InvestorFest Attendees: Use south side entrance of event center near the free parking garage. The rest of the building is partitioned off for another style of event.

Poop. Our realtor didn't understand what "exclusive" and "extended" meant. We didn't buy the house after all. :P It's not open to investor offers yet.

Sounds like a pretty good deal.

I wouldn't pay more just to offers accepted. But you can over do a house for its neighborhood and waste money that way.

But at least we've gotten really good at making embarrassing offers. :P Anyway, I bet we'll start seeing much better results on our MLS offers.

Just wrapped up a 2 day visit w/our mentor. Got a few things straightened out. Biggest is that our offers were too low due to us figuring on too much in repairs on low end houses.

we had a good landlord lunch meeting yesterday. lots of discussion and i love the big chairs in that big back room!
